Starlink provide internet to RUT200 through ethernet

Hello,
we purchased a PoE injector to connect our 24V Starlink system to a RUT200 and a PLC so it can work on a remote area that has no mobile signal, the problem is that we have no internet on the router when connected to the injector but when we swap the router with a laptop we do have an internet connection, the router has been configured to have both ports as LAN/WAN and bridged LAN but neither worked. However, we are able to set the RUT200 as a WiFi access point but that isn’t useful for this application.

Here’s a crude diagram depicting how our system is connected:

Is there a configuration we are missing on either device? We are new to this technology so any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Ing_Cmk,

Welcome to Teltonika Networks Community!

By default, RUT200 has dedicated LAN (port1) and WAN (port2). If you want to provide internet on RUT200, you should connect it to port2 on default settings. Make sure that there is no IP conflict between RUT200 LAN and Starlink.

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,
