I just noticed on these models SSTP VPN is not available.
Is this only for RUTX and C range ?

It’s available, just in Package manager:

Good afternoon,
As @lemondude advised, you can get SSTP from package manager which you can find in WEBUI System → Package manager. Install it from there, and then you can start your configuration.
