RMS VPN Connection failed

Here is a summary of our remote session.
The main issue was that the client was unable to ping the device located in their RMS VPN Hub and within the device’s LAN. During the session, I updated the DNS settings by adding Google and Cloudflare DNS servers. I also reviewed the OpenVPN interface configuration and found that the IPv4 protocol was disabled and set to a static IP address in a different subnet than the RMS VPN Hub device.
After enabling IPv4 and configuring DHCP settings to automatic, the issue was resolved. The client was then able to successfully ping both the router and the PC connected to it. Based on these results, the issue is considered resolved.
