SMS utils not working

I asked for help a few weeks ago but then lost contact with the RUT (it’s in Guatemala and I only have remote access).
The problem I have is that it’s no longer responding to SMS messgaes

The firmware version is RUT9_R_00.07.06.6.
I send two messages from my phone requesting the status
You can see my number and an error in the log file
Failed to send SMS message to ‘+17744940387’
I’m attaching the log and some other config information as well as a screenshot.
The SMS messages used to work but I’m not sure why they don’t now.

Hello,

  • Verify your SMS authorization credentials. Check if your password (or serial/admin password) is included in the SMS and ensure it’s correctly written.

  • It’s possible that your device’s memory is full, preventing you from receiving SMS messages. If you have remote access to your RUT, check the available memory by navigating to Services → Mobile Utilities → Messages → Storage in the WebUI.

  • Test your SIM card on another device, such as a phone, to confirm its functionality. If you can’t send messages from another device, it’s possible that your mobile SIM card plan is exhausted, which may prevent the router from sending SMS messages.

  • Consider updating your device to the latest firmware version, RUT9_R_00.07.06.10. New firmware releases often include issue fixes and improvements that may resolve issues you’re experiencing.
