I’m not receiving SMS from TRB145 when i send SMS like “mypassword status” from my cellphone.
But when i send SMS of my TRB at Services-> Mobile Utilities-> Messages-> Send Messages in the WebUI , i receive SMS from TRB.
i’d like to know the reason.

Thank you for reaching out. To better assist you, could you please confirm which firmware version is currently installed on your TRB145? I haven’t noticed any similar SMS sending behavior with the latest TRB1_R_00.07.12 firmware.
Additionally, could you confirm which password you’re using when sending the SMS? The password should be the current admin password and not the one displayed on top of the device.

Firmware is TRB1_R_00.07.07.1 and i’m using correct password.

Could you please upgrade your TRB145 RutOS firmware to the latest TRB1_R_00.07.12 and check if the SMS status return issue still occurs?
