Hello Teltonika Community,
I’m setting up a Teltonika RUT142 router for a client who needs to connect the router to their local Wi-Fi network. Here’s the setup:
- The RUT142 is in Access Point mode, broadcasting a Wi-Fi network called “RUT142_Wifi.”
- My client connects to “RUT142_Wifi” and uses a limited access user account to reach the router’s web interface at “192.168.1.1.”
- From there, they configure the Network > Wireless > SSIDs settings to connect the RUT142 to their local Wi-Fi, which provides internet access to the router.
The challenge is that clients must manually open a browser and enter “192.168.1.1” to access the configuration page after connecting to “RUT142_Wifi.” I’m looking for a way to automatically redirect them to this IP address when they connect to the Wi-Fi network, reducing setup steps.
