SIM2 not working

I have bought new RUTM50 and sim1 is working , but sim2 is not picking up the sim card connections.

The RUTM50 is equipped with a single modem, which means that only one SIM card can be active at any given time. If the primary SIM is set to SIM1, it may appear that SIM2 is not connecting to the network. However, the RUTM50 supports a SIM switching feature, allowing the device to automatically switch between SIM cards. For example, if SIM1 loses its connection, the router can switch to SIM2 to maintain internet connectivity.

To investigate this matter further, I would need some additional information:

  • How exactly are you testing SIM2?
  • Does the issue occur when using the same SIM card, or are you testing with a different one?
  • If a different SIM is used, is it from the same mobile network provider?
  • Does the same SIM card work correctly when inserted into the SIM1 slot?
