Could you please specify the model of your device and the firmware version currently installed?
Additionally, could you confirm whether both SIM cards are inserted into their respective slots and functioning properly (e.g., have you tested them in another device such as a phone)?
When the device switches to SIM2, please navigate to Status → Network → Mobile in the WebUI, take a screenshot of that page, and attach it here.
