SIM switch feature on RUTX09. Values doesn't appear in webUI-Network-Mobile-SIM switch

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with Teltonika RUTX09 in webUI : Network - Mobile - SIM switch. In this section there is no any values for configuring this feature…
I updated last firmware version - this action hasn’t any results.
Please, could you help me for solving this issue.

I upgraded the firmware to 7.12.3. There is no results yet…

Did you factory reset the box already?

No. Reset the router to the factory default config?

Yes.
You either do this when upgrading the firmware by UNticking “Keep Settings” or later on (so now):
