Sim has not recognized on restart

Hi, I have this problem on my Rutx11: every time I need a reboot my router doesn’t recognize the correct sim and every time I have to switch on sim1 and then on sim2 (my default). I tried to change on sim1 default but it’s the same thing. I have the last firmware but I have this problem since I upgraded version 7.09
I tried to rest to factory default but nothing change.

Could you please provide more details? When you say the router doesn’t recognize the correct SIM, do you mean that the WebUI shows the SIM as not inserted? Or is the router unable to connect to the mobile network, or is there another issue?

When you encounter this issue, please log in to the WebUI, navigate to Status → Network → Mobile, take a screenshot, and attach it here.

Additionally, the latest firmware version for the RUTX11 is 7.10.2. You can download it here: RUTX11 Firmware Downloads.

Oh my god I’m sorry…I was wrong. The sim is correct but router doesn’t recognize the correct signal from 3G/4G and no one led appears of power signal but I have regular connection. I use only 4G. I cannot send video or photos about rebooting.

Could you please clarify what you mean when you say the router doesn’t recognize the correct signal? Do you mean that you set it to 4G only, but the device doesn’t connect to the network at all? Or does it connect to 3G even when set to 4G only?
