SIM CARD NOT DETECTED - RUTX12 unable to hold connection uptime even with 2 SIM's from different 2 providers

Hi all,

I have bought around 10-15 Teltonika RUTX devices - from RUTX09, RUTX12… to RUTX50.

Main reason behind this was to have a serious router with failover for distant locations where I need 24/7 365 connectivity and stabilit.

As time goes by, it seems this was a mistake.

My RUTX12 with 2 SIM cards and 2 different providers is constantly falling apart - every one hour or so; the LTE networks stops working and it says “SIM CARD NOT INSERTED”.

My clients are completely mad about this and this is unacceptable.

New firmware didn’t help.

I cannot go to the same site every day (it is 150km away from me in one direction and I need to rent a crane to get to the Teltonika).

The SIM cards have been cleaned and switched places (they were completely clean); tried in mobile phone - works perfectly. Also one SIM card has been replaced with a new one.
