Hi. We are using a RUTX50, firmware 7.08.1, with a SFTP remote access connection from RMS. When downloading a 37MB file, the RMS SFTP window disconnects and asks for reauthentication again. The file is not completely downloaded.
We have sufficient RMS data available, and the connection is very good and fast.
Is there something in RMS stopping us downloading files of this size?
