Hello,
The directions on the document/link you provided are outdated. The process for connecting a RUTX device is much simpler. Based on the info you provided, it seems you did connect to a wifi network, but it is not providing internet for the device. Can you confirm whether this is the case for other devices which are connected to the wifi? You can test it with a phone or pc. If you cannot gain internet this way, then you may need to troubleshoot the wifi access point/network.
To confirm the process for how to connect your device to wifi acting as a client, you may follow the steps found on our wiki page here: RUTX11 Wireless - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

If you’re looking to use a different mode apart from client, then you may scroll down to find them as well.
To verify your wireless connection, you can check the Network> WAN page to see wifi1 has obtained an IP and has an “UP” status. Please make sure it is enabled as well.
You can also check the Network> Wireless page to verify the signal strength of the wifi network and confirm the status is “UP” and check what mode it is accessing the network as.
If you’re looking for DHCP relay for wifi, you may find information regarding the process on our wiki: Relayd RutOS - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)
