Can you try to send an SMS command to the router to force RMS connectivity. Kindly follow this syntax. [device password] rms_connect. Recheck internet connectivity of router. If possible, try to remove the device in RMS and re-add it. Make sure to have a copy of device password, serial number, and LAN MAC Address.
Hi,
I stumbled upon a similar problem. After multiple reboots due to power failures
(probably up to 50 in one day) suddenly the device (a RUT240) was
“temporarily blocked” in RMS.
After sending the SMS command “rms_off” and waiting for one day (and then
re-trying) nothing changed. In my post to the forum @Martynas suggested the
same as @Janmiguel.
So I copied the MAC address and the device serial number from the old RMS entry
(and of course I knew the password) and the deleted the device.
After deleting and re-adding the device and sending the SMS command “rms_on”
I just had to wait one or two minutes for the RUT240 to be green in RMS again.
AND I didn’t need a new credit because the old one was still active on the RUT!
