Server Refused Connection. The device may be blocked or unidentified

Hello, I was directed by telephone support to post my question here. I have several RUT956s that I purchased used and I keep getting the error “Server Refused Connection. The device may be blocked or unidentified.” when trying to establish an RMS connection to my account. I have tried running the commands in the wiki article per phone support guidance an it returns that the connection is successful. I think that the devices are still locked to the previous owners RMS account because they appeared to be completely setup for that other company when they arrived. I contacted the seller an they said that they no longer have access to the RMS account so they are unable to unlock it for me. Thanks in advance for your replys.
