I have a RUTX11 that the Serial Number was appearing as zeros (0000000000).
After clean flash the latest Firmware (07.04.5) the last digit of the serial number instead of 5 is u.
Any ideas??

Indeed, this sounds like a strange issue. It could indicate a Flash memory failure. Perhaps you’ve experienced any issues with the configuration not being saved?

In this case, I’d recommend returning the device for warranty repair, as it is not possible to modify the serial number of the device.
