In all my years of working in Telco’s and as a Sysad in the USA, this is the most problematic equipment I have ever had to deal with.
I can connect my laptop to a GLi.Net [Spitz AX (GL-X3000) router all day, every day. I can connect my phone to the same [Spitz AX (GL-X3000) all day, every day, the connection works just fine. Never drops, solid signal. I have a question about my [Spitz AX (GL-X3000) router. I message GLi.Net and I can guarantee I will get a friendly and helpful reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week. I connect the Teltonika RUTC50 (With the latest firmware and updates) and it still drops the connection, almost consistently. The two routers are about 15 meters from one another (Line of site) using the included antenna’s and still the Teltonika drops the connection. Even when pinging through the RUTC50 to the [Spitz AX (GL-X3000) unit the ping rates are highly inconsistent. The is no major electromagnetic interference around me. I can connect my phone and laptop from the same location to the [Spitz AX (GL-X3000) and the connection is solid, despite the distance. Very disappointed. I will post video’s on YouTube and Start a group on Facebook and X related to my disappointment and time wasted on Teltonika equipment.

Sorry to hear that you had such an experience with one of our devices. I would like to propose a remote session where we could try and investigate the issue at hand to see what exactly is happening (looking at the logs, configuration, etc.)
