Secure Routing between mainnet and subnet with RUTX09 Router

Hello,

Im using teltonika RUTX09 , and i have configured it to have an ip on our mainnet, and its routing from the mainnet to our ethernetports which are on a subnet.

I want to make this more secure.

So not every ip from our mainnet can reach the subnet. We have machines on the subnet, therefore security is more important.

Anyone know how this works?

Could you make screenshots of your lan/wan configuration (and firewall configurations if you made any changes)

Most likely you have both networks on the same firewall zone (LAN)? If so create zone for each network or change LAN zone option Forwarding inside zone(or Forward depending on fw version) to Reject
