RUTXs - IPv4 connectivity started to fail

Hi team,

Appears on some of my RUTX11 and X12 and X50, it is doing this same issue here posted here:

Firmware is current at RUTX_R_00.07.12

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you clarify whether, after this issue occurs, the IPv4 connectivity completely fails, causing the router to lose its data connection without automatically reconnecting, or if the connection remains active with internet access still available? Additionally, does the issue require a reboot to restore connectivity?

To troubleshoot this matter further, could you provide additional logs from your router? You can retrieve these by navigating to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot page, System log → Show section.

Best regards,

Hi Martynas,

The connection drops momentary, it comes back online around 10seconds, depend on 4/5G network.

re-attached logs.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided logs. Based on your troubleshoot file, it appears that there is no SIM card inserted into the RUTX11 at all, and your default gateway is another router.

Could you provide some additional details about your current setup and the issue? Specifically:

  • Does the connection drop randomly or at regular intervals?
  • When you lose internet for approximately 10 seconds, does it significantly impact your overall experience?

Additionally, please keep in mind that troubleshoot files should be shared only privately on this public forum due to the user’s privacy policy.

Best regards,

Hi there Martynas, thank you for the advice.
I did forget to mention this particular X11 i am utilizing the WAN connection with no simcard.
WAN is connected to my main router/modem.

to answer the questions.
It drops randomly.
When it drops, my servers and devices obviously all loss of comms during this, feels like a short power outage which i can never tell sometimes because this is acting like this.

I do want to chime in that I have seen similar behavior when both SIM cards are present.
