I’ve just upgraded to firmware 7.12 and I see in the notes that the following was added * * * WebUI: added default HTTP redirect to HTTPS
However I still require http and when I reboot the router it overwrites my disabled “Redirect to https” setting and re-enables it
Not sure if this is the desired behavior as I can understand that it’s now the default setting but if I unset it surely it should accept my choice and not keep re-enabling it after every reboot
Another option for me would be to enable TLS 1.1 (i know it’s not secure) as the app I need to talk to the RUTXR1 router only supports TLS 1.0 & 1.1 but not TLS 1.2 and I can’t find a guide of how to enable this for Teltonika routers, anyone know how to do this or can point me in the right direction?
Hi…
Can you try this?
Hi Marcelo, unfortunately the commands also don’t survive a reboot and it gets set back to uhttpd.main.redirect_https=‘1’
So I’ve added the uci & uhttpd restart commands to the rc.local file and this works around the issue
Cheers, Hamish
