RUTX50 Ubus calls now send binary data ? RUTX_R_00.07.19

RUTX50

We used to get information from the routers with a curl ubus call and it returned this kind of result:

{“jsonrpc”:“2.0”,“id”:1,“result”:[0,{“ubus_rpc_session”:“6f01cfa949810f435eca3418735cb0f0”,“timeout”:300,“expires”:299,“acls”:

Last working version was RUTX_R_00.07.17.2 all versions after that returns binary garbage.. is this now encrypted or compressed ?

Any work around of fix for this? We have an many hundreds of these

Thanks

Hello again,

I hope you are doing well.

Regarding your question and the output from the ubus commands, I consulted with our R&D team. They advised using API calls to retrieve the data in JSON format, as we cannot guarantee the consistency of ubus command outputs.

For more details about available API calls and their syntax, please refer to the following link:

If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let me know - I’ll be glad to help.

Kind regards,
V.
