Hi, I have an RUT X 50. I have added a SIM card to SIM slot 2, but , although it connects to the network, and shows data connection state as Connected, I cannot get any data. I have tried switching the SIM card to SIM 1, and all works fine, so the SIM card works correctly, with the correct APN settings. I have called the helpline and all settings were checked. This looks like a hardware issue.

Just to confirm — could you also check whether the APN settings for SIM1 and SIM2 are identical?
