I’m trying to log in to remote management option for my Rutx50 but it appears I have to purchase RMS to change some options? Can you clarify please? Also I have 2 active sim cards inserted but only slot 1 has been indicated?

RMS Credits are required to manage your devices remotely through the system.
It is showing only the active SIM card in the system, since RUTX50 has 1 mobile module inside of it, meaning these 2 SIM cards cannot work both at once.

OK thanks but I am confused. It’s a dual sim router that is supposed to switch from one to another to improve signal?
Well, it is! You’re referring to the fallback functionality where if the SIM1 goes down, it switches to the SIM2 automatically. Signal strengths can also be improved with this, depending on the location and the coverage of your provider, but the main points are: antennas, band stability, and environment.
