RUTx50 was registered in the portal. working fine.
playing around with trying to get ZeroTier working and decided to start again from fresh.
Factory reset later and got it all working, however now the device is unable to connect to RMS.
RMS indicates it is offline, unable to authenticate and gets temporarily blocked, then repeats the cycle.
I understand I can probably delete the device and re-add it. However that seems like a round-about fix for something I should be able to just update the keys or something for?
There’s 3 unique bits that get added (plus name) to add it to RMS.
Serial, LAN MAC and Password.
The only thing that changed in a factory reset would be the password (back to default).
But even having changed the password on the device back to what it was before - it still fails to authenticate.
on the device, it has a ‘authentication key’ for the RMS service, figure that might fix it?
Is there any way to get a more detailed log of what’s wrong and any way to fix it?
