RUTX50 offline wont go offline

We’ve an RUTX50 in a campingcar that appears to be offline.
Can the Web interface be accessed from the RMS channel which I’ve just purchased.
Software updates will not happen until it is online.
The van is in in storage with the RUTX50 on as I need to communicate with it.
We are looking to minimise data roaming charges within the EU using the dual sim provision.
Any help gratefully accepted.

First, let’s tackle the main issue at hand, which is your device appearing offline. Could you tell me more about it? Assuming you have physical access to the device, can you see any LEDs that indicate the device is operational, such as blinking?

Are you able to access the device locally? If so, could you confirm that the device has an internet connection? This can be easily checked by accessing the WebUI, and heading to System → Maintenace → Troubleshoot → Diagnostics and sending a ping to 8.8.8.8 - if it doesn’t say “network unreachable”, and you’re receiving a response - let me know.

The device is working locally when using the webui and I’ve managed to update the software.
I ended up deleting and reinstalling the device in RMS as per your Wiki link.
It’s all up and running.
