I get the notification that there ist a new modem firmware which should be installed.
Tried several times and ways via the GUI.
Update seems to start (message “upgrade started do not power of device”) but after a short time I get

I’ve upgraded some 30+ RUTX50’s modem firmware through Web GUI super smoothly.
So there must be something different on your side.
Did you try to factory reset your RUT and then try to upgrade the modem as a first step?
Just to be clear, you’re trying to upgrade the modem from v08 to v11 correct?

Yes, I am on “08” but not sure what the new version will be (new version # is not provided in the GUI). Guess it will be “11” as in your case.
So, I did a factory reset via the reset button and startet all over. The only change was using the Telekom SIM card instead of Vodafone for WAN. Factory reset and / or changing SIM card did the trick. Modem update was succesfull…
