RutX50 locking under high load

I have an issue whereas my RutX50 locks when I put high load on the device until it does not transmit any data through the WAN Pipe. It does not lock fast but seems that after 1-4 Minutes of Traffic this issue starts happening.

WAN-Provider is 262-02 Vodafone 5G.

The Log shows that IPv4 connectivity starts to fail and by surprise about one minute later with no interaction to the device, that connectivity starts to flow again. This auto-unlock happens usually 50% of the cases.

Sometimes also the DNS resolution failing is logged after IPv4 connectivity goes down (duh :-).

I also switched the PDP-Type from the mob1s1a1 from IPv4/IPv6 to v4-only which makes it much more stable.

What can I do to stabilize the device behavior?
