Hello,
we have the Telekom as provider with an UMTS IPv6 static for NetworkPrefix (64 Bit).

How to configure the RUTX 50 as an Modem, so that the Unify dreammachine can be used as Router?

Hello,

To achieve this, you need to set your RUTX50 mobile interface to Passthrough mode. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to Network > WAN.
  2. Click on “Edit” next to your mobile interface.
  3. In the new pop-up window, change the Mode to “Passthrough”.

After making these changes, your Teltonika router should function as a modem. However, please note that in Passthrough mode, the router loses most of its functionality, including the firewall and other features.
