Hello,

Do you have a stable 5G signal where you are? Which 5G technology does your location use, NSA or SA? How is your mobile network signal, particularly when transitioning from 5G to 4G? Could you provide a screenshot of the Status → Network → Mobile webpage?

Best regards,

and it happen again …

Hello,

It seems you’re using both IPv4 and IPv6. Could you go to Network > WAN and next to the active mobile interface, press “Edit”? In the new pop-up window, select PDP type as “IPv4” and try using it with this setting and report if connectivity issues persist.

Kind regards,

thanks for the feedback and sorry for the late response … I changed to use IPV4 only and now let us see

Thanks,
Christian
