RUTX50 "Internal modem is unreachable"

Hello,

I have an issue with RUTX50 – error “Internal modem is unreachable”.

I briefly checked the forum and similar threads already exist with no clear solution.

I am attaching the diagnostics mentioned in older threads:

Teltonika RUTX series 2025

Device: RUTX50
Kernel: 5.10.234
Firmware: RUTX_R_00.07.14
Build: 26ed73328ac
Build date: 2025-04-18 11:26:58

Hello,

Based on the output of the lsusb command you provided, unfortunately, the modem is not recoverable.
The only solution in this case is to contact your reseller regarding the RMA process, if the device is still under warranty.
