Before raising this topic, I phoned technical support and spoke to Vilius.
I am new to Teltonika devices, and have recently got a RUTX50 5G router that I am testing prior to rolling them out to all the sites we look after.
One of the key reasons why I went with Teltonika is the ability to see where the routers’ location is. However, having enrolled the router onto RMS, it keeps showing the location as being in the Gulf of Guinea, to note I am in Ireland.
In the router configuration, I initially had the GPS configuration enabled, along with DPO, Galileo, Glonass, and BeiDou. As part of the troubleshooting process with Vilius, we have turned all of these off and back on, turning them all off and only leaving the GPS enabled, but both without success of getting a true location.
