I have a couple of RUTX devices that are working correctly however I can’t get remote access to them. I purchased 12 resource credits and added them to my account. Assigned 1 Credit to each device however the device are still showing as offline. How long does it typically take for a device to go Online once a resource credit is added?

Firstly, please double check if you have internet connection in the devices.
Please check what firmware version is installed in the devices, and install the newest one.
Also please double check the S/N, Mac, and IMEI are correct when you add the device. Double check the current password of the device. Potentially remove them, and try to add them again. (The credit gets assigned to the Lan-Mac adress of the device, so re-adding it will not require using another credit)
Check if you can see any message near the “Status” icon in Devices tab in RMS, next to the device in question. If an error message occurs, please advise
Check if you have cloud solutions enabled in WEBUI. Services → Cloud solutions → Connection type “Enabled” . Double check the device authentication code in RMS, and paste the code in WEBUI, under authentication code. Then reset connection.
