According to our security guidelines, we do not store default device passwords for more than 3 months. If the device was not purchased recently, we cannot provide the password. We recommend saving your password before deploying your devices.
If you purchased directly from us, we provide all passwords for the devices upon request. If you bought from a reseller, they might have the password available for you.
