RUTX50 continuous disconnections every 2 hours

I have a strange problem and i need some help to check if the problem is from teltonika or from operator or need some extra configuration on bands…

I have setup a RUTX50, with one SIM card at slot1 and every 2 hours it disconnects and reconnects again after 2min and 17-20sec.
I have setup to send me sms when disconnecting and connecting.
I have setup custom APN and custom Operator.
Also i have a setup an auto reboot rule for the modem, because the router is on a mountain and i don’t have physical access.
I am not sure if I have to modify settings on tab: Network > Mobile > Connection

Any advice is appreciated…

Thanks for the query.

What is the current FW of your device? Can you please go to the System > Firmware section on the WebUI and check if there is update available for the device&modem?

Can you please log-in the CLI with username root and password is the one that you enter while logging in the WebUI.
Please run below command and share the input with me?
Please do not forget to blur the sensitive information(static IP, MAC Addresses,etc,…)
