Does your email provider require specific SMTP settings or ports to be opened? Typically, there isn’t any of the configurations needed for allowing outgoing emails.

By default, the login username is admin, and the password, if not changed and you’re logging in for the first time, is the default one found on the sticker of the back panel. If the admin password was changed, use the present one.
If RMS registration is failing, could you provide the error/status message you see on that page? Also confirm all the necessary credentials are inserted correctly (SN and LAN MAC can be copied from Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS page)
Could you provide screenshots from your port forward rule configuration? As I see, the article is updated in accordance with 7.09 FW, however, the only difference from this version to the latest is that the Basic/Advanced WebUI toggle was removed, and it’s in Advanced by default.
Good morning, it looks like i need to set up a dedicated ip address, as the ee sim is “shared” is there any uptodate info for setting up wiregaurd on the router for me to use a dedicated ip address?? regards pete
Could you please clarify what you mean by “shared”? Are you saying that your SIM card does not have a public IP address assigned and is instead using a private APN provided by EE?
