Hi
I have a Rutx50 running the latest firmware, but I can’t find any options related to eSIM.
I have removed all the physical Sims and rebooted.
It only displaying sim1 and 2.
Looking at the fw release notes it should support eSIM.
I
have a older teltonika router aswell, on that router firmware version it’s easy to see if you have enabled advanced gui option or not.
I am almost certain that the advanced ui option is enabled on the Rutx50 aswell

Does you device code start with RUTX5032 **** ?
Greetings,
As @hrtx has mentioned, please check the product code of your device, only codes starting with RUTX5032 has the eSIM functionality.
You can find the product code of the device on the box itself
Or in the WebUI go to Status - > System and there you can see the Product code
Best regards,
Justinas

hi i have to check, i am not in proximity to the router now
when you spend 4-500$ on a router you would think the sku supported both physical and esim out of the box.
