According to the manual of RG501Q module everything looks correct. But the values of RSRP and RSRQ are not in their normal range. It might a bug in module software.

+QENG: "NR5G-NSA",<MCC>,<MNC>,<PCID>,<RSRP>,<SINR>,<RSRQ>,<ARFCN>,<band>```

Respone from your module:

still the same problem…

I noticed that sometimes it switches between B28 and N28 bands

Only in the N28 bands are RSRP and RSRQ swapped
