RUTX50 bug in Bands in Status > Network > Mobile

Hello

For NR5G bands in NSA aggregations, the positions of RSRP and RSRQ should be swapped

Thanks

root@RUTX50:~# gsmctl -A 'AT+QCAINFO'
+QCAINFO: "PCC",1301,100,"LTE BAND 3",1,13,-68,-6,-40,17
+QCAINFO: "SCC",300,100,"LTE BAND 1",1,23,-78,-6,-62,19,0,-,-
+QCAINFO: "SCC",154090,1,"NR5G BAND 28",326
root@RUTX50:~# ubus call gsm.modem0 exec '{"command":"AT+QENG=\"servingcell\""}'
{
        "request": "AT+QENG=\"servingcell\"\r",
        "response": "\r\n+QENG: \"servingcell\",\"NOCONN\"\r\n+QENG: \"LTE\",\"FDD\",219,02,9F5D0D,13,1301,3,5,5,2BC9,-69,-8,-43,20,15,-300,-\r\n+QENG: \"NR5G-NSA\",219,02,326,-8,20,-69,154090,28,1,255\r\n\r\nOK\r\n"
}

Same under 07.08.2?

Hello,

Could you please check if the issue persists with the 7.08.03 firmware version? You can download it here: RUTX50 Firmware Downloads - Teltonika Networks Wiki.

Best Regards,

According to the manual of RG501Q module everything looks correct. But the values of RSRP and RSRQ are not in their normal range. It might a bug in module software.

+QENG: "NR5G-NSA",<MCC>,<MNC>,<PCID>,<RSRP>,<SINR>,<RSRQ>,<ARFCN>,<band>```

Respone from your module:

+QENG: \"NR5G-NSA\",219,02,326,-8,20,-69,154090,28,1,255

MCC= 219
MNC=02
PCID=326
RSRP=-8
SINR=20
RSRQ=-69
ARFCN=154090
…

Hello,
still the same problem…

I noticed that sometimes it switches between B28 and N28 bands

Only in the N28 bands are RSRP and RSRQ swapped

Thanks :slight_smile:

+QCAINFO: "SCC",154090,1,"NR5G BAND 28",326

To analyze why the module is returning these values, we will need to schedule a remote session. I have sent you a form to complete. Once you have filled it out, I will contact you privately to arrange the session. Please use ticket ID “7309” when completing the form.
