RUTX50 AVL not working in roaming

Hi,

I traveled with my RUTX50 over the border and since the roaming started, AVL doesn’t send positions to my Traccar instance anymore.

It does show the connection to be up and it is collecting records, but never sends them.

The currently active rule (with a green dot) is this one, which has the exact same configuration as the Mobile (Home) rule:

Hello,

Could you try disabling the Ignore option and giving your router a reboot to see if that resolves the issue?

Additionally, what firmware version are you running on your RUTX50?

Hello, I set both rules to Digital Input: Both (as I use a Teltonika BAT120, which sends the Digital Input to low/high depending on its mains power state), rebooted the RUTX50 and it is still not sending any position data. Weird thing is: When I had it stationary in a house earlier, it did send positions to my Traccar server. Now I am on a train (with mobile network lasered windows) and it doesn’t work anymore. The router gets fixes totally fine, sees 8 satellites, but doesn’t send anything out.

Just to confirm again, what firmware version do you currently have installed on your RUTX50? If not the latest which is 7.17.1, could you try upgrading?

What protocol are you using for forwarding to your server?
