Whenever I log into my RUTX50’s management page I have a notification to subscribe to teltonika’s newsletter. I have subscribed and cleared this notification, but it always comes up again if I login again or refresh the page. This notification never goes away. How can I get rid of it?

Could you please specify the firmware version currently installed on your RUTX50? If it is not the latest version (7.11.1), please upgrade your device. You can download the firmware file from this link: RUTX50 Firmware Downloads.
If you are still experiencing the same issue with the latest firmware, could you provide more details? Specifically, on which configuration page does this notification appear? Does it appear in WebUI or RMS?

For me version 7.11.1 page System->Firmware.
Our developers have implemented a fix for this issue, and it should be released with the 7.12 firmware version. I will inform you as soon as it becomes available.
