If i use Ookla for speed test, it’s the same for myself… It comes up as BT which as you know owns the EE brand. I don’t care what it comes up with as long as it keeps working, lol
what firmware are you on? for me this never happened till i updated to 7.06.3. i reverted firmware to 7.05.4 and after a lot of messing about and using a backup config it started working. then stupidly after a couple of days i updated firmware to latest again and it was still working. I then attached my external antennae and it stopped working with the sim, i mean literally just unplugged supplied antennae’s and switched to my own and now nothing. no matter if i revert firmware and do all the steps i did before it wont work with scancom ee sims.
I’m on firmware RUTX_R_00.07.06.3 Firmware build date 2024-01-12 It has crossed my mind a few times that this new firmware has something to do with our issues! I also have an outdoor antenna. I thought it may be something to do with that, so I put the 4 small antennas on the router to make sure… Still wouldn’t connect with the Teltonika antennas. I was hoping that a new firmware may fix the issues, but until Teltonika find out what the problem is, a new firmware won’t make much difference.
Hello,
Since it seems that multiple users are experiencing the same issue, could you fill out the Contact Us form? We would like to investigate the issue via a remote session, and as we don’t have private messages on the forum it will not be possible to organize it here.
Thank you!
Best regards,

The problem won’t exist on your setup, as you only have one sim card. If you have 2 sim cards, and you change over to your other sim card then back to the EE sim card, the EE sim card doesn’t connect.
Hi Daumantas,
I have completed the Contact us form, and marked it for your attention.
Many thanks for your help
David
