RUTX50 alert e-mails with GPS position info etc

How can I include the GPS position in GPS movement alerts?

Right now, I can get the GPS movement speed and time stamp:

  • GPS movement speed: 4.2596020000000001 > 2; Time stamp - 2024-10-15 06:42:40 (UTC);

But not the GPS position information. Ideally I would have the following info in the e-mails:

Fix time: %date%;
Latitude: %latitude%;
FIX: %fix%;
Satellites: %satellites%;
Course: %course%;
Status: %status%;
Accuracy: %accuracy%;
Google maps URL: Google Maps;

Have you worked this one out yet, i can’t help.

I think i can see what it is you’re trying to do. It’s great to get a message when a device leaves a geo-fenced area, but… where is the device? Where is it going and how far has i got?

You’ve had one of your company vehicles stolen, and it’s on the move at 2am.

Half asleep, i’d want to know as quickly as possible where my vehicle is and where it’s going.

Is it going up or down the M1 or on its way to a ferry terminal bound for continental Europe?

Exactly - this seems to be pretty basic and hopefully something that has already been thought of, when making the alert e-mail feature. Still hoping for someone to help us out with this inquiry.
