RUTX5 - login site captive portal not working

Hi, i have a RUTX5 with the current 7.08 firmware version. I´ve connected to the camping wlan (works good 75% signal strengh) and i set it on the wan page to the top (enabled and the rest are disabled)…

Ok - same procedere as every place… But on this place the captive portal site will not open. On my ipad no reaction or error message… on my laptop i get this message: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Any idea?

This issue can be caused by various factors. To ensure we don’t miss anything, please check the following:

  1. Does your router have an internet connection? To check it you can go to Network → INternet status, or ping 8.8.8.8 via SSH/CLI
  2. Can your device connect to the campsite Wi-Fi directly without using your router?
