“Services>Input/Output>Status” page is empty on my RUTX14 (RUTX_R_00.07.18.2). After reboot same issue. Also event juggler shows “no option available” for “I/O pin name” options on “event data configuration” page. What can I do to solve this? Note, return to factory settings is not an option at the moment as I have no physical access to the modem.
