I’m facing the same issue regarding the mobile as ticket number 13723. I tried all of these and neither worked so far:
Check with your provider whether the router’s IMEI is blocked.
Verify SIM card compatibility:
Check if the SIM card supports both IPv4 and IPv6 PDP types.
If it only supports IPv4, set the PDP type to IPv4 only.
Perform a network scan:
Go to Network → Mobile → Network Operators and start a scan.
After the scan, you should see which operators the modem can attempt to connect to.
Try manual band selection:
Go to Network → Mobile → General and select bands manually.
