RUTX14 act upon eye sensor event

I have a RUTX14 and eye sensor paired to it.

Is it possible to have the RUTX14 act upon an eye sensor event? For example when a door opens, the eye sensor changes from detecting magnetic field to not detecting magnetic field. Would be great if the RUTX14 can then send a sms for the status change.

BTW, I have read the article on MQTT with the eye sensor. Seems more complex to implement.
The page with the example for a RUTX11 states that after pairing one could see the sensor data like temperature in the details page. Mine is only showing the sensor technical data and not the status of humidity, temperature, magnetic field or movement.

Could you please confirm if you followed this configuration example: Teltonika EYE device pairing and data sender configuration example - Teltonika Networks Wiki? Additionally, were all the steps completed correctly?

The RUTX11 device is very similar to the RUTX14, so the configuration should be the same for both devices.
