RUTx12 second modem SNMP

Good day,

Is there a way to monitor the connection state of both modems in the x12 modem simultaniously using SNMP?
All the SNMP guides seems to be focused on the models with only one modem inside.

RUTX is configured in a way that if both SIM cards are active, the MIB viewer will display information for the selected OID for both modems. Here is an example:

Or you can target each modem directly by adding .1 or .2 at the end of OID.
