RUTX12 can't connect after update

Good morning, I have a problem with my RUTX12 after updating to the latest version RUTX_R_00.07.14.1.
After updating I lost the 3G/4G connection and I cannot recover it, I have returned to the RUTX_R_00.07.13.4 version and restored the user settings and factory version but I still cannot connect. After performing a speed test I get 180 download but 0 upload, I have made changes with different network operators and verified on a smartphone that the SIM cards work. I don’t know what else I can do.
