RUTX12 admin password not working?

Hi All,

I am not able to access the web interface via 192.168.1.1 for my RUTX12, it brings me to the page to login but none of the passwords i enter seem to work. I’ve tried the admin01 as well as both password on the sticker on the bottom of the device and are working, even after a hard reset.

Am I doing something wrong?

  2. Reset the Router: If you haven’t done so already, please try resetting the router to its default settings.
