I have an RUTX 11 4G router and i forgot the password, unfortunately it wont reset, it always goes back to the same config. Is there any way to flash the firmware to set it back to factory defaults and remove the custom config?

Please advise if the issues are still there after the reset.
Also to advise, you can try the password on the back, or password admin01
If you can also double check that you are using the password itself to access the WEBUI, not the Wifi password.
Lastly, please advise whether when you connect to the device via LAN cable, the light comes in green underneath it?
