Good morning, I am having issues with an RUTX11 device not properly loading it’s WebUI interface, but only from the local connection side. I can connect to the device via RMS, but it takes a significant amount of time to generate the link.
We are on FW 7.10 here. No events in the event log either.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please provide more details regarding the issue? Does the WebUI simply not load at all, or does it load but take an extended amount of time?
In addition, I recommend updating the firmware to the latest version, RUTX_R_00.07.11.1 (without Keep Settings, if possible). If the router has been running for a long period, a reboot could also be helpful.

Unfortunately I cannot update the FW without keeping settings.
For additional clarification, it does not load at all locally from a PC on it’s network. Even when connecting via RMS, it seems to lose the connection intermittently.
